Just Do Something Cajun Style
New Orleans Mission Trip
The CRAVE Crew had a great trip to New Orleans, working
on 2 homes. Half the crew tore out one home in the Upper Lower Ninth Ward. The
rest of the crew worked and painted another house. The group also enjoyed siteseeing
in the French Quarter and tons of delicious Cajun food. CRAVE will be
going back next year, so watch for details!
Dominican Republic Mission Trip
During the summer of 2008, CRAVE and the Youth Ministries of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church are taking their first international mission trip to the Dominican Republic. As part of a ministry called, Children of the Nations, this mission team will help build an orphanage for the refuge children of the DR. The trip is a long-term commitment with a need for fundraising and training before the trip.
